Notifications of 25/08/2014
According to article 74 § 8 of the law of the 1st of April 2007 and in reference to the notification in according with article 74 § 6 dated of the 19th February 2008 and the actualisations in date of 29th August 2008, 26th August 2009, 28th August 2012 and 28 th August 2013, Kinepolis Group SA reported that the number of shares held by Kinepolis Group SA on the 25th August 2014, changed from 468,264 to 1,495,515 shares. This modification can be explained on the one hand by a decrease of the amount of own shares (to 299,103) and on the other hand by the execution of the split of shares by 5 (from 299,103 to 1,495,515) in date of the 1st July 2014.
As a matter of form, Kinohold bis SA, reports that according to article 74 § 8 of the law of the 1st of April 2007 and in reference to the notification in according with article 74 § 6 dated of the 19th February 2008 and the actualisations in date of 26th August 2009, 22nd August 2011 and 24th August 2012, the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group , hasn’t been modified, however due to the split of shares in date of 1st July 2014, amounts to 12,700,050 shares, being (2,510,010 x 5)

According to article 74 § 8 of the law of the 1st of April 2007 and in reference to the notification in according with article 74 § 6 dated of the 19th February 2008 and the actualisations in date of 29th August 2008, 26th August 2009 and 28th August 2012, Kinepolis Group SA reported that the number of shares hold by Kinepolis Group SA decreased on 27th August 2013from 1,036,732 to 468,264.

According to article 74 § 8 of the law of the 1st of April 2007 and in reference to the notification in according with article 74 § 6 dated of the 19th February 2008 and the actualisations in date of 29th August 2008 and 26th August 2009, Kinepolis Group SA reported that the number of shares hold by Kinepolis Group SA increased from 277,231 to 1,036,732.

According to article 74 § 8 of the law of the 1st of April 2007 and in reference to the notification in according with article 74 § 6 dated of the 19th February 2008 and the actualisations dated of 26th August 2009 and 22 August 2011 Kinehold bis SA reported that the number of shares hold by Kinepolis Group SA increased from 2,474,185 shares to 2,510,010 shares.
