Notifications of 14 August 2024
In accordance with art. 74 § 8 of the Law of 1 April 2007 and with reference to the notification of 19 February 2008 made in accordance with art. 74 § 6 of the aforementioned law, and subsequent updates, the last of which as at 24 August 2023, Kinepolis Group NV reports that as a result of the buyback of 151,000 own shares, a transfer of 30,039 own shares in the context of the exercise of stock options and an accounting correction of 1,320 shares in minus, the number of shares held as at 14 August 2024 increased from 496 941 shares to 616,582 shares compared to previous reporting.
In accordance with article 74 § 8 of the Act of 1 April 2007 and with reference to the notification of 19 February 2008 and subsequent updates, the latest of which as at 24 August 2023, carried out in accordance with article 74 § 6 of the aforementioned law, Mr Joost Bert reports that the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group NV remained unchanged compared to previous notification and thus Mr Joost Bert and Pentascoop NV together still hold 492,218 shares in Kinepolis Group NV. The aforementioned number takes into account a yet to be implemented recertification of 80,001 shares in the Private Foundation Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea NV and Movieking BV.
In accordance with art. 74 § 8 of the Law of 1 April 2007 and with reference to the notification of 19 February 2008 and subsequent updates, the latest of which as at 24 August 2023, made in accordance with art. 74 § 6 of the aforementioned law, Kinohold Bis SA reports that the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group NV remained unchanged compared to previous notification and thus Kinohold bis SA still holds 12,600,050 shares in Kinepolis Group NV. The aforementioned number already takes into account a yet to be implemented recertification of 80,001 shares in the Private Foundation Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea NV and Movieking BV.
