Notifications according to article 74 §8 of the law of 01/04/07

Notification of 27/08/2009

According to article 74 § 8 of the law of the 1st of April 2007 and in reference to the notification in according with article 47 § 6 dated of the 19th February 2008, Kinohold bis SA reported that the number of shares hold by Kinohold bis SA increased from 2.358.028 to 2.434.288 on the date of the 26th of August 2009.

Notification of 27/08/2009

According to article 74 § 8 of the law of the 1st of April 2007 and in reference to the notification in according with article 47 § 6 dated of the 19th February 2008, Kinepolis Group SA reported that the number of shares hold by Kinepolis Group SA increased from 141.768 to 277.231 on the date of the 26th of August 2009.

Notification of 29/08/2008

According to article 74 § 8 of the law of the 1st of April 2007 and in reference to the notification in according with article 47 § 6 dated of the 19th February 2008, Kinepolis Group SA reported that the number of shares hold by Kinepolis Group SA increased from 31.118 on the date of the 1st September 2007 to 141.768 on the date of the 28th of August 2008.

Notification of 20/02/2008

In the context of Article 74 of the law of 1 April 2007 on public takeover bids, Kinepolis Group NV received on 20 February 2008 notifications from the following persons, whcih act in mutual consultation (either because they are "associated persons" within the meaning of article 11 of the Companies Code, or because mutual consultation exists otherwise between them), and who together own more than 30% of the voting shares of Kinepolis Group NV: Kinepolis Group NV, Kinohold Bis SA, Stichting Administratiekantoor Kinohold, Marie-Suzanne Bert, Joost Bert, Koenraad Bert, Geert Bert and Peter Bert.

From these notifications it appeared that, on 1 September 2007:

• Kinohold Bis SA held 2 385 038 shares or 34,41% of the shares of the company; Kinohold Bis SA was controlled by Kinohold, a Stichting Administratiekantoor under Dutch law, which in turn was controlled jointly by the following natural persons (in their capacity as directors of the Stichting Administratiekantoor): Marie-Suzanne Bert-Vereecke, Joost Bert, Koenraad Bert, Geert Bert and Peter Bert; Kinohold Bis SA also acted in mutual consultation with Mr. Joost Bert;
• Joost Bert held 41 600 shares or 0,6% of the shares of the company, and acted in joint consultation with Kinohold Bis SA;
• Kinepolis Group NV was controlled by Kinohold Bis SA, above-named; Kinepolis Group NV held on 1 September 2007 31 118 or 0,45% of its own shares.
