Notifications according to article 74 §8 of the law of 01/04/07

Notifications of 14 August 2024

In accordance with art. 74 § 8 of the Law of 1 April 2007 and with reference to the notification of 19 February 2008 made in accordance with art. 74 § 6 of the aforementioned law, and subsequent updates, the last of which as at 24 August 2023, Kinepolis Group NV reports that as a result of the buyback of 151,000 own shares, a transfer of 30,039  own shares in the context of the exercise of stock options and an accounting correction of 1,320 shares in minus, the number of shares held as at 14 August 2024 increased from 496 941 shares to 616,582 shares compared to previous reporting.

In accordance with article 74 § 8 of the Act of 1 April 2007 and with reference to the notification of 19 February 2008 and subsequent updates, the latest of which as at 24 August 2023, carried out in accordance with article 74 § 6 of the aforementioned law, Mr Joost Bert reports that the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group NV remained unchanged compared to previous notification and thus Mr Joost Bert and Pentascoop NV together still hold 492,218 shares in Kinepolis Group NV. The aforementioned number takes into account a yet to be implemented recertification of 80,001 shares in the Private Foundation Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea NV and Movieking BV.

In accordance with art. 74 § 8 of the Law of 1 April 2007 and with reference to the notification of 19 February 2008 and subsequent updates, the latest of which as at 24 August 2023, made in accordance with art. 74 § 6 of the aforementioned law, Kinohold Bis SA reports that the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group NV remained unchanged compared to previous notification and thus Kinohold bis SA still holds 12,600,050 shares in Kinepolis Group NV. The aforementioned number already takes into account a yet to be implemented recertification of 80,001 shares in the Private Foundation Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea NV and Movieking BV.
 

Notifications of 24 August 2023

According to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1 April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 dated 19 February 2008 and the later updates, including the latest update of 22 August 2022, Kinepolis Group NV reports that the number of shares held on 24 August 2023, has increased from 397 396 to 496 941 due to a transfer of 18 154 own shares as a result of an exercise of stock options and to the buyback of 117 699 own shares.

Mr Joost Bert reports, according to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1 April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 of 19 February 2008 and the later updates, including the latest update of 22 August 2022, that the number of shares which he holds in Kinepolis Group NV is unchanged and that accordingly Mr Joost Bert and Pentascoop NV hold together 492 218 shares of Kinepolis Group NV. The aforementioned amount takes in consideration the recertification of 80 001 shares that has to be executed in STAK Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea BV and Movieking BV.

Kinohold bis SA, reports, that according to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1 April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 of 19 February 2008 and the later updates, latest updated on 22 August 2022, the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group NV is unchanged and that accordingly Kinohold bis SA still holds 12 600 050 shares in Kinepolis Group NV. The aforementioned amount already takes in consideration the recertification of 80 001 shares that has to be executed in STAK Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea BV and Movieking BV.

Notifications of 22 August 2022

According to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1 April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 dated 19 February 2008 and the later updates, including the latest update of 20 August 2021, Kinepolis Group NV reports that the number of shares held on 22 August 2022, has decreased from 475 351 to 397 396 due to a transfer of 77 955 own shares as a result of an exercise of stock options.

Mr Joost Bert reports, according to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1 April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 of 19 February 2008 and the later updates, including the latest update of 20 August 2021, that the number of shares which he holds in Kinepolis Group NV is unchanged and that accordingly Mr Joost Bert and Pentascoop NV hold together 492 218 shares of Kinepolis Group NV. The aforementioned amount takes in consideration the recertification of 80 001 shares that has to be executed in STAK Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea BV and Movieking BV.

Kinohold bis SA, reports, that according to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1 April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 of 19 February 2008 and the later updates, latest updated on 20 August 2021, the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group NV has decreased from 12 700 050 to 12 600 050 due to a transfer of 100 000 shares. The aforementioned amount already takes in consideration the recertification of 80 001 shares that has to be executed in STAK Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea BV and Movieking BV.

Notifications of 20 August 2021

According to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1st April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 dated 19th February 2008 and the later updates, including the latest updated of 25th August 2020, Kinepolis Group SA reports that the number of shares held by her on 18th August 2021, has decreased from 480 851 to 475 351 due to a transfer of 5 500 own shares as a result of an exercise of stock options.

As a matter of form, Mr Joost Bert, reports according to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1st April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 of 19th February 2008 and the later updates, including the latest update of 25th August 2020, that the number of shares which he holds in Kinepolis Group SA is unchanged and that accordingly Joost Bert and Pentascoop SA hold together 492 218 shares of Kinepolis Group SA.

Kinohold bis SA, reports, as a matter of form, that according to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1st April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 of 19th February 2008 and the later updates, latest updated on 25th August 2020, the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group SA remains unchanged at 12 700 050.

Notifications of 25 August 2020

According to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1st April 2007 and in reference to the notification in according with article 74 § 6 dated 19th February 2008 and the later updates, latest updated on 23rd August 2019, Kinepolis Group SA reported that the number of shares held by Kinepolis Group SA on 25th August 2020, shares have decreased from 492.346 to 480.851 due to execution of options.

As a matter of form, Mr Joost Bert, reports according to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1st April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 of 19th February 2008 and the later updates, including the latest update of 23rd August 2019, Mr. Joost Bert reported in accordance with article 74 § 6 that the number of shares which he held in Kinepolis Group SA on 25th August 2020 remained unchanged compared to last year and therefore Joost Bert and Pentascoop SA hold together 492.218 shares of Kinepolis Group SA.

Kinohold bis SA, reports, as a matter of form, that according to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1st April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 of 19th February 2008 and the later updates, latest updated on 23rd August 2019, the number of shares held on 25th August 2020 in Kinepolis Group SA remains unchanged at 12.700.050.
