According to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1 April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 dated 19 February 2008 and the later updates, including the latest update of 20 August 2021, Kinepolis Group NV reports that the number of shares held on 22 August 2022, has decreased from 475 351 to 397 396 due to a transfer of 77 955 own shares as a result of an exercise of stock options.
Mr Joost Bert reports, according to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1 April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 of 19 February 2008 and the later updates, including the latest update of 20 August 2021, that the number of shares which he holds in Kinepolis Group NV is unchanged and that accordingly Mr Joost Bert and Pentascoop NV hold together 492 218 shares of Kinepolis Group NV. The aforementioned amount takes in consideration the recertification of 80 001 shares that has to be executed in STAK Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea BV and Movieking BV.
Kinohold bis SA, reports, that according to article 74 § 8 of the law of 1 April 2007 and in reference to the notification in accordance with article 74 § 6 of 19 February 2008 and the later updates, latest updated on 20 August 2021, the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group NV has decreased from 12 700 050 to 12 600 050 due to a transfer of 100 000 shares. The aforementioned amount already takes in consideration the recertification of 80 001 shares that has to be executed in STAK Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea BV and Movieking BV.
