In accordance with Article 74 § 8 of the Act of April 1, 2007, and with reference to the notification of February 19, 2008, made in accordance with Article 74 § 6 of the aforementioned Act, and subsequent updates, the latest of which was dated August 14, 2024, Kinepolis Group NV reports that the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group NV remained unchanged compared to the previous notification and thus holds 616 582 shares.
In accordance with Article 74 § 8 of the Act of April 1, 2007, and with reference to the notification of February 19, 2008, and subsequent updates, the latest of which was made on August 14, 2024, in accordance with Art. 74 § 6 of the aforementioned law, Kinohold Bis SA reports that the number of shares it holds in Kinepolis Group NV remained unchanged from the previous notification and that Kinohold bis SA therefore still holds 12 600 050 shares in Kinepolis Group NV. The aforementioned number already takes into account a recertification of 80 001 shares in the Private Stichting Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea BV, and Movieking BV, which is still to be carried out.
In accordance with Article 74 § 8 of the Act of April 1, 2007, and with reference to the notification of February 19, 2008, and subsequent updates, the last of which was made on August 14, 2024, in accordance with Article 74 § 6 of the aforementioned law, Mr. Joost Bert reports that the number of shares held in Kinepolis Group NV remained unchanged compared to the previous notification and that Joost Bert and Pentascoop NV together still hold 492 218 shares in Kinepolis Group NV. The aforementioned number already takes into account a recertification of 80 001 shares in the Private Stichting Kinohold by Pentascoop NV, Adorea BV, and Movieking BV, which is still to be carried out.
