In accordance with the regulations with respect to the acquisition of own shares, Kinepolis Group NV informs that within the framework of the share buyback program, as announced per 8th September 2014, the following transactions took place in the period from 29th September 2014 till 3rd October 2014 included, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 19th October 2012:
After aforementioned transactions and after delivery of 7,500 shares within the framework of the exercise of options, the total number of own shares amounts to 1,648,689 on the date of 3rd October 2014.
Within this program, 1,339,326 shares remain to be bought back.
