Update regarding the share buyback program (12 February 2018)

Kinepolis Group NV informs that within the framework of the share buyback program, as announced per 22 December 2017, with a maximum of 360,000 shares, the following transactions took place in the period from 5 February 2018 till 9 February 2018 included, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 11 May 2016 :
