Update regarding the share buyback program (1/12/2014)

In accordance with the regulations with respect to the acquisition of own shares, Kinepolis Group NV informs that within the framework of the share buyback program, as announced per 8th September 2014, the following transactions took place in the period from 24th November 2014 till 28th November 2014 included, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 19th October 2012:

  After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 1,952,098* on the date of 28th November 2014.   Within this program, 1,035,917* shares remain to be bought back.   * In contrast to the mention in the press release of 24/11/2014, there were 1,654 shares bought back on 20/11/2014 instead of the 1,062 shares.
