In accordance with the regulations with respect to the acquisition of own shares Kinepolis Group NV informs that within the framework of the share buy-back program as announced per 29nd of February 2012, the following transactions took place in the period between the 1st March 2012 till the 7th March 2012, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the 20st May 2011:
