On 19 May 2017, Kinepolis Group NV has received a transparency notification from BlackRock Inc., indicating that:
- by virtue of transactions in shares, BlackRock Inc. has crossed the threshold of 3% of the voting rights attached to shares of Kinepolis Group NV;
- by virtue of transactions in equivalent financial instruments, BlackRock Inc. has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights attached to equivalent financial instruments.
Therefore the total holding amounts to 4.49%
