Publication of a transparency notification

On 24 December 2018, Kinepolis Group NV has received a transparency notification from AXA S.A., indicating that, by virtue of transfer of shares, the company has fallen below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights attached to shares of Kinepolis Group NV.
