Kinepolis Group: Transparency notification Kinohold Bis SA dated 19/12/2013

On the 19th of December 2013 Kinepolis Group NV received a notification of Kinohold Bis SA as part of the transparency legislation (Law of 2 May 2007 and Royal Decree of 14 February 2008).   This notification follows the destruction of 273,854 own shares on 18 December 2013 by Kinepolis Group NV.    The notification reveals the following shareholdings in Kinepolis Group NV: * Mr. Joost Bert: 41,600 shares (0.75%) * Kinohold Bis SA: 2,540,010 shares (45.50%) * Kinepolis Group NV: 299,413 shares (5.36%) with suspended voting rights Total: 2,881,023 shares (51.61%)   Mr. Joost Bert, Mrs. Marie-Suzanne Bert-Vereecke, Mr. Geert Bert, Mr. Koenraad Bert and Mr. Peter Bert jointly control the Stichting Administratiekantoor Kinohold. The Stichting Administratiekantoor Kinohold controls Kinohold Bis SA. Kinohold Bis SA in turn controls the Kinepolis Group NV.
