Kinepolis Group Signs New € 160 Million Syndicated Revolving Credit Facility to Support Future Growth

Kinepolis Group has successfully signed a new € 160 million syndicated revolving credit facility. The facility has an initial maturity of five years, with a potential two-year extension. This brings the final maturity to June 2032, if fully extended.

The facility was arranged with 4 banks: KBC Bank NV, Belfius Bank NV/SA, Crédit Lyonnais and ING Belgium SA/NV, which reflects strong support from Kinepolis’ banking partners. KBC acted as coordinator.

In addition to the committed € 160 million, the facility includes an (uncommitted) option to increase the revolving credit facility with an amount of up to € 60 million and/or to add a term loan facility for an amount of up to € 120 million, providing significant additional funding flexibility.

The new credit line with be used for general corporate and working capital purposes and to support the Group’s ongoing growth strategy.

This transaction underscores the company’s solid financial profile and strengthens its strategic goal to maintain a flexible and efficient capital structure.
