Kinepolis Group proceeds to destruction of 548,073 own shares

In execution of the authorization given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 19 October 2012, the Board of Directors of Kinepolis Group NV decided on 18 December 2014 to destroy 548,073 own shares, bringing the total number of outstanding shares to 27,365,197.
Following this operation, Kinepolis Group NV retains 1,467,065 shares in its own hands (acquisition of own shares till 12 December 2014 included), or 5.36% of the new number of shares in circulation.
