Notification in pursuance of Article 15 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings
Kinepolis Group NV announces that, in pursuance of the authorization given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 19 October 2012, it proceeded to the destruction of 273,854 own shares.
The Board of Directors of Kinepolis Group NV decided on 18 December 2013 to destroy 273,854 own shares, bringing the total number of outstanding shares to 5,582,654.
Following this operation, Kinepolis Group NV retains 299,413 shares in its own hands (acquisition of own shares till 17 December 2013 included), or 5.36% of the new number of shares in circulation, from which 297,885 shares hedge stock options.
