Kinepolis Group: Nicolas De Clercq appointed CFO of Kinepolis

Kinepolis Group announced today that Mr. Nicolas De Clercq has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Kinepolis Group. Nicolas De Clercq will succeed Henk Rogiers as CFO, who, in mutual agreement with the company, has decided to terminate collaboration.   Nicolas De Clercq, aged 40, has many years of international financial experience in various sectors. He was previously Vice President of Finance at USG People, with financial responsibility for both the Dutch and German markets of USG People.   Before this, Mr. De Clercq held various management positions at KBC (Kredietbank), Telenet, Solvus and USG People. He has extensive management experience in both finance and IT, as well as in M&A. He was further responsible for various BackOffice and Shared Service Center integrations and the streamlining of financial and operational processes.   "Nicolas has strong financial knowledge. The international experience he accumulated in the course of his career as financial director, and his experience in financially controlling operational business processes bring added-value for Kinepolis Group, and will certainly contribute to the further successful implementation of our group's strategy", says Eddy Duquenne, CEO of Kinepolis Group".    We would like to thank Henk Rogiers for his positive cooperation and the results he achieved during the past years, a.o. recently the successful refinancing of Kinepolis Group.
