Kinepolis Group: Marie-Suzanne Bert-Vereecke resigns as Director

Mrs. Marie-Suzanne Bert-Vereecke, founding Director and Honorary President, will resign her seat as Director of Kinepolis Group on 31 December 2011 on reaching the age of 80.  

Together with her lamented husband Mr. Albert Bert and her sister Mrs. Marie-Rose Claeys-Vereecke, Mrs. Bert was closely associated with the building up of Kinepolis Group as from its formation, and can look back on a long and successful career.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mrs. Bert on behalf of the company for her important contribution to the development of Kinepolis Group.

Mrs. Bert will not be succeeded in the Board of Directors.
