| Financial
On 20 February 2012, Kinepolis announced an offering for subscription to bonds in Belgium with a maturity of 7 years for an expected minimum amount of EUR 50 million and a maximum amount of EUR 75 million.   Due to its great success, the subscription period was closed early on 22 February 2012 at 5.30. PM, in consultation between the Issuer and the Joint Lead Managers, BNP Paribas Fortis, KBC Bank, and ING Belgium.    The total issue amount is EUR 75 million.   The total amount of subscriptions received by the aforementioned Joint Lead Managers is higher than the total issue amount. Accordingly, subscriptions will be reduced proportionally (in multiples of EUR 1,000 and, as far as possible, to a minimum nominal amount of EUR 1,000 in accordance with the denomination of the bonds). Investors will be informed about this via their financial intermediary.    Further information is available in the Prospectus(1), which is available on the website of Kinepolis (http://investors.kinepolis.com) and on the websites of the aforementioned Joint Lead Managers.   The bonds will be issued and admitted for trading on NYSE Euronext Brussels on 6 March 2012.   (1)The listing and Offer Prospectus approved on 17 February 2012 by the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA). The Prospectus (French and Dutch versions) can currently be consulted on the website of the Issuer (http://investors.kinepolis.com) and the Joint Lead Managers (www.bnpparibasfortis.be, www.ing.be and www.kbc.be), in the local branches of the Joint Lead Managers, and on request via telephone banking  (BNP Paribas Fortis: +32 (0)2 433 40 31, ING Belgium: +32 (0)2 464 61 01 and KBC: +32 (0)78 15 21 53).
