Kinepolis Group: Extraordinary General Meeting renews authorization to buy back own shares

Today, 19 October 2012, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Kinepolis Group approved a new authorization for the Board of Directors to buy back up to 1,171,301 own shares for destruction.
This authorization is given as part of the process of further optimizing the capital structure of Kinepolis Group and of increasing shareholder value creation.
