Regulatory release

Following a transparent auction procedure, Kinepolis confirms having entered into exclusivity with UGC for the sale of the four cinema complexes in Lommel, Turnhout, Aarschot and Mechelen. At this stage, it is too early to make a statement with respect to the transaction price. The transaction is subject to approval by the Belgian Competition Authority (BCA).
