Training for every employee is another important aspect of the Human Capital philosophy. Kinepolis Academy helps employees improve their personal skills through e-learning among other things. There are also personal coaching courses for managers through the Kinepolis University.
Innovation lab
At Kinepolis, innovation fuels continuous growth and improvement. The Kinepolis Innovation Lab cultivates a culture of innovation by empowering every employee, from students to senior managers, to submit fresh ideas that have the potential to contribute to the company's results and/or positive impact on stakeholders.
The best ideas are selected by a national Innovation Lab jury and teams put together to develop and implement these ideas. Since 2024, a yearly international Innovation Lab Summit is held. The best ideas from all countries are judged and celebrated with an Innovation Award ceremony.
