He is 38 years old, married and a father of three children. Henk Rogiers is also a director of BIMAC (The Belgian Institute of Management Accountants & Controllers).   "Henk has first-rate financial knowledge and experience in financial management. The international experience that he has acquired over his sixteen-year career as a financial manager and as a consultant in the fields of financial reporting and performance management are a great asset to the Kinepolis Group. We are thrilled with this profile reinforcement for the management team," explains Eddy Duquenne, CEO of the Kinepolis Group.   "We would also like to thank Jan Staelens for the good collaboration and also wish him every success in taking up a new challenge within the Roularta Media Group".   "Kinepolis is a company in full evolution that offers a large number of opportunities. I am particularly delighted about being able to reinforce the management team," says Henk Rogiers.
