Kinepolis Group: Notification from AXA SA dd 24/06/09

Regulatory release   In accordance with the relevant transparency legislation (Law of 2 May 2007 and Royal Decree of 14 February 2008), the Kinepolis Group SA states that it has received a notification from AXA SA on the 24th of June 2009.   The notification states that on the 22th of June 2009 AXA SA held a 9.50% interest in Kinepolis Group SA (658,179 voting rights): * AXA Belgium held 8,99% (623,179 voting rights) * AXA France Vie held 0,50% (35,000 voting rights)   AXA Belgium is a subsidiary of AXA Holdings Belgium, which itself is a subsidiary of AXA. AXA France Vie is a subsidiary of AXA France Assurance, which itself is a subsidiary of AXA.
