In accordance with the regulations with respect to the acquisition of own shares Kinepolis Group NV informs that within the framework of the share buy-back program as announced per 1st of December 2011, the following transactions took place in the period between the 16 th February 2012 till the 22nd February 2012, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the 20st May 2011:
