Kinepolis France, one of the subsidiaries of Kinepolis Group, is increasing its majority shareholding in Forum Kinepolis Nimes from 79.92% to 100%. Forum Kinepolis Nimes is the operating company behind the Kinepolis-cinema in Nimes (12 screens, 2,928 seats) and the downtown Forum cinema (4 screens, 465 seats).
Kinepolis France thereby takes over the remaining shares from the Martin-Baloge family. Kinepolis Group would like to thank the Martin-Baloge family for their cooperation and their many years of dedication.
