In accordance with the relevant transparency legislation (Law of 2 May 2007 and Royal Decree of 14 February 2008), Kinepolis Group NV states that it has received a notification from AXA NV on the 22nd of March 2013.
The previous notification on the 21st of January 2013, stated a 4.76% interest (278,885 voting rights) of AXA NV in Kinepolis Group NV.
The notification on the 22nd of March 2013 states that on the 19th of March 2013, the participation of AXA NV, via its controlled companies (AXA France VIE 0.26%, AXA France lARD 2.31%, AXA Versicherungen AG 1,09%, different companies of the AXA Group 1,54%), in Kinepolis Group NV went above the treshold of 5% to 5.20% (304,711 voting rights).
AXA France Vie is a subsidiary of AXA France Assurance, which itself is a subsidiary of AXA. AXA France IARD is a subsidiary of AXA France Assurance, which itself is a subsidiary of AXA. AXA Concern AG and AXA Versicherungen AG are subsidiaries of AXA. The operational entities of Group AXA, which include the AXA insurance companies, act and exercise their voting rights independently of all other entities of the AXA group with asset management activities, under the conditions set out in Article 11 paragraph 2 of the law of 2 May 2007.
