We are particularly pleased to present the annual report 2012 and our Green Star brochure. These new publications and our corporate brochure form an excellent resumé of Kinepolis Group.
The annual report gives a detailed overview of the latest results of Kinepolis Group. Besides the financial report, it also presents the management report and the letter to the shareholders.
In addition to this legal publication, we also present our sustainability project Green Star, the guiding principle, te motto of our sustainability policy in all its facets. Green Star is becoming an increasingly relevant part of our daily decision-making process and business operation.
The corporate brochure highlights our company's mission and strategy, its staff, its core activities and many other aspects of life in the Group.
On 17 May 2013 at 10 am the Shareholders ' Meeting will be held at the registered offices of Kinepolis Group NV (Eeuwfeestlaan 20, 1020 Brussels).

Kinepolis Group NV was formed in 1997 as a result of the merger of two family-run cinema groups and was listed on the stock exchange in 1998. Kinepolis offers an innovative cinema concept which serves as a pioneering model within the industry.
