The notification of the 7th of January 2014 states that on the 6th of January 2014, BNP Paribas Investment Partners NV held a 5.04% interest (281,216 voting rights) in Kinepolis Group NV.
The parent company BNPP IP NV holds the voting rights. This parent company is controlled by the parent company BNPP NV, that benefits from the agregation exemption for the participations of its investment subsidiaries, according to Art. 21 paragraphe 2 of the RD of 14 February 2008 regarding the publication of important participations.
