On 7 May 2013 the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Decatron NV and the Board of Directors of Kinepolis Group NV, have approved respectively the merger by acquisition between Kinepolis Group NV (acquiring company) and Decatron NV (company being acquired), via a procedure for an operation equivalent to a merger by acquisition.
